Comment Away!

A Blog, at it's best is conversation where everyone can contribute.  Gary let me know that only certain users could comment!  I have changed the settings to allow all viewers to post comments!!  Sorry for the difficulty.  Speaking of difficulties...I had some trouble posting last night (long boring story) & will be posting this evening (Kenyan time ;) &  will make every effort to post some pics as well.  I have taken 543 photos so far...mostly of children, imagine that!

We are off to Kisumu today; six hours on a bump road!!  God is continually placing new burdens on our hearts, but we are counting it all joy!

Love to all :)  Blessings on your day!

Claudia is right, photos of the team in action would be very edifying.

Hey I read about the wedding. You ate goat. I think that is pretty cool. Did it taste good? And also did it taste like chicken?

I think it is so awesome that you guys got to expirience a Maasai wedding!! I wouldn't be sure about eating goat, but hey it might have been good! I wish that I could have been there to see all the coultural events at the wedding! It must've been so cool to see the hand made neckaces!

"Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy" - Psalm 126:5. I cannot even imagine how your hearts have broken as you serve our King. But for the grace of God. I do know that from this will come unspeakable joy. Oh, that more from here could open their hearts to let God give them that gift. I have been praying unceasingly for all of you and especially for my guy. Rockie, I miss you so much. My heart is filled with so much love and gratitude for how God is working in you. Don't forget to look for our "child". Can't wait to talk to you - I have way too many questions for this post. Take care of each other and stay safe. I also send my love and prayers to Pastor Dennis and Lorna.

Oh my gosh -- what you are experiencing is so amazing! I can only imagine your joy in the Lord as you do His work. All of us here are thinking of you and praying for both your safety and in thanksgiving for the help and love you are sharing with all of those you meet and help.
